Inspection and evaluation fees
The following fees apply to the initial inspection or evaluation of the listed storage or case type. Inspection fees are non-refundable. Recovery charges, where applicable, are quoted after assessment.

How recovery charges work
The inspection or evaluation fee covers the assessment stage. If recovery work is possible and appropriate, the recovery/service charge is quoted separately before agreed work proceeds.
No Recovery, No Charge — what it means
Where the “No Recovery, No Charge” principle applies, it refers to the recovery/service charge. The inspection or evaluation fee remains payable and is non-refundable even when the recovery is unsuccessful.
Turnaround
The normal target for assessment and quotation is around three days. Full recovery time varies by case and is not represented as a fixed or guaranteed turnaround.
